Technological services offered by the Phovotoltaic Systems Group are mainly devoted to the evaluation of large PV plants performance, as well on establishing quality control systems. 

To this aim, their work focus on:

1. the estimation of yearly energy yield, as a function of the site and the characteristics of a PV plant, by means of their own simulation software (SISIFO);
   
   
2. testing of both electrical performance and PID of PV modules and plants; 
   
   
3. comparison of the estimation and the actual energy production, through a procedure to analyse the performance and the state of health of the PV plant.
